Today, Claudia Schiffer is celebrating her 53rd birthday in luxurious fashion! The supermodel shared some snapshots from her birthday trip in Greece, where she showed off her stunning figure in a blue and red print bikini.
In one of the posts, Claudia was joined by a butterfly that chose to land in her hand as a personal birthday wish. She captioned the photo “celebrating in Greek paradise, featuring a special friend who came to wish me happy birthday.”
Claudia Schiffer is not only a gorgeous model, but she is an iconic fashion figure. She has graced over 1,000 magazine covers in her career and most recently, she collaborated with Bordallo Pinheiro on a dinnerware range titled “Cloudy Butterflies.”
On Friday, Claudia treated herself to a berry-topped cake for her official birthday. “Treating myself today. Thank you for all the birthday wishes!” she captioned the photo.
In addition to our birthday wishes, Claudia shared a special story that dates back to 1993. In 1993, Claudia wore a pair of jeans designed by Karl Lagerfeld for Chanel, and miraculously, she still fits into them today! She shared her excitement about the vintage pair of jeans in a piece for The Guardian.
“My truly precious pieces of clothing are all connected with a story or a moment in time. I’ve worn these jeans on many occasions—they never go out of style and have stood the test of time because of the classic cut (high waist, straight leg), as well as the intense shade of French blue and unique embroidered detailing. They are a part of my life as much as any treasured piece of jewelry or favorite artwork. And, to be honest, I like the fact that they still fit me!”
