Jennifer Aniston dazzles in her chic and simple 90s style as she steps out for a dinner in Beverly Hills.
The 54-year-old Friends star was spotted wearing a black slip dress with sandals and gold jewelry. Aniston left Funke restaurant looking radiant with her tresses blowing in the wind.
Her shoes gave a peek at her sentimental tattoo, dedicated to her late dog Norman, which she has on her foot. Aniston also has a wrist tattoo of ’11 11′. The ink is in reference to the same pooch who died in 2011. The Welsh corgi-terrier was a constant companion to Jen through some of the toughest years of her life.
The actress, who has dated the likes of John Mayer and Justin Theroux, recently told the Wall Street Journal that it was easier for her to be single. She revealed that watching her parents – Nancy Dow and John Aniston – divorce as a young girl didn’t give her a good impression of relationships.
Aniston shared: ‘It was always a little bit difficult for me in relationships, I think, because I really was kind of alone. My parents, watching my family’s relationship, didn’t make me kind of go, “Oh, I can’t wait to do that.”
In the interview, she candidly admitted her lack of experience in having a give-and-take in relationships, saying: ‘It’s just about not being afraid to say what you need and what you want. And it’s still a challenge for me in a relationship.’
The busy actress was divorced from Hollywood actor Brad Pitt back in 2000 after five years of marriage. He has since started a family with Angelina Jolie. The two are currently in a heated custody battle, which has been ongoing since 2018.
Aniston looked in good spirits as she made her way back to her car after her dinner. She was sure to carry her phone with her wherever she went, no doubt fielding all the congratulatory messages following her reunion with her Friends alums.
In the end, it’s important to note that no matter what life throws her way, the hourly philanthropist and impressive businesswoman remains strong and independent through it all. That is a strong set of confidence we hope to see more of from Jen!
